Nella cappella sconsacrata l’artista ha preso il posto del sacerdote per compiere il rito della creazione. Le morbide, sinuose curve del grande vaso si fondono con quelle del corpo del vasaio e il mito della creazione viene spinto fino alla simbiosi fisica dell’artista con la sua opera.

In the deconsecrated chapel, the artist has taken the place of the priest to accomplish the rite of creation. The soft, sinuous curves of the large vase merge with those of the potter’s body, and the metaphor of creation is stretched so far that it actually becomes a physical symbiosis of the artist and his work.
